## SEC. 531 EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY TO CONDUCT PROGRAMS ON CAREER FLEXIBILITY TO ENHANCE RETENTION OF MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES ###
(a)Duration of Program Authority Subsection
(l)of section 533 of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 (Public Law 110-417; 10 U.S.C. 701 note) is amended to read as follows: > > ### “(l) Duration of Program Authority > > No member of the Armed Forces may be released from active duty under a pilot program conducted under this section after December 31, 2015.” > . ###
(b)Continuation of Annual Limitation on Selection of Participants Subsection
(c)of such section is amended by striking “each of calendar years 2009 through 2012” and inserting “a calendar year”. ###
(c)Additional Reports Required Subsection
(k)of such section is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (1), by striking “June 1, 2011, and June 1, 2013” and inserting “June 1 of 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2017”; and ####
(2)in paragraph (2), by striking “March 1, 2016” and inserting “March 1, 2019”.
