## SEC. 5110 NOTICE REQUIREMENT ###
(a)SBIR Program Section 9(g) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 638(g)) is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (10), by striking “and” at the end; ####
(2)in paragraph (11), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and ####
(3)by adding at the end the following: > > #### “(12) > > provide timely notice to the Administrator of any case or controversy before any Federal judicial or administrative tribunal concerning the SBIR program of the Federal agency.” > . ###
(b)STTR Program Section 9(o) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 638(o)) is amended— ####
(1)by striking paragraph (15); ####
(2)in paragraph (16), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; ####
(3)by redesignating paragraph
(16)as paragraph (15); and ####
(4)by adding at the end the following: > > #### “(16) > > provide timely notice to the Administrator of any case or controversy before any Federal judicial or administrative tribunal concerning the STTR program of the Federal agency.” > .
