## SEC. 2106 MODIFICATION OF AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2010 PROJECT In the case of the authorization contained in the table in section 2101(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 (division B of Public Law 111-84; 123 Stat. 2629) for Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, for construction of an access road adjoining McChord Air Force Base and Fort Lewis, the Secretary of the Army may construct a secure elevated roadway over the existing railroad and public road in lieu of an on-grade road and access control point.
