## SEC. 2105 MODIFICATION OF AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2009 PROJECT In the case of the authorization contained in the table in section 2101(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 (division B of Public Law 110-417; 122 Stat. 4658) for Fort Benning, Georgia, for construction of a Multipurpose Training Range at the installation, the Secretary of the Army may construct up to 1,802 square feet of loading dock consistent with the Army’s construction guidelines for Multipurpose Training Ranges.
