## SEC. 1086 REDESIGNATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL OPERATIONS AS MILITARY INFORMATION SUPPORT OPERATIONS IN TITLE 10, UNITED STATES CODE, TO CONFORM TO DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE USAGE Title 10, United States Code, is amended as follows: ####
(1)In section 167(j), by striking paragraph
(6)and inserting the following new paragraph: > > #### “(6) > > Military information support operations.” > . ####
(2)Section 2011(d)(1) is amended by striking “psychological operations” and inserting “military information support operations”.
