## SEC. 1085 USE OF STATE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM FUNDS FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES Subject to section 1210 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 (Public Law 111-84; 123 Stat. 2517; 32 U.S.C. 107 note), of the funds made available to the National Guard, the Secretary of Defense may use up to $3,000,000 to pay for travel and per diem costs associated with the participation of United States and foreign civilian and non-defense agency personnel in conducting activities under the State Partnership Program of the National Guard. ## Subtitle J Other Matters
