## SEC. 1052 RELIABILITY OF DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS Section 1008(c) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2002 (Public Law 107-107; 115 Stat. 1206; 10 U.S.C. 113 note) is amended by striking “Not later than October 31” and inserting “Not later than the date that is 180 days prior to the date set by the Office of Management and Budget for the submission of financial statements”.
