## SEC. 31205 ODOMETER REQUIREMENTS ###
(a)Definition Section 32702(5) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by inserting “or system of components” after “instrument”. ###
(b)Electronic Disclosures of Odometer Information Section 32705 of title 49, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: > > ### “(g) Electronic Disclosures > > Not later than 18 months after the date of enactment of the Motor Vehicle and Highway Safety Improvement Act of 2012, in carrying out this section, the Secretary shall prescribe regulations permitting any written disclosures or notices and related matters to be provided electronically.” > .
