Sec. 0.01. Short title.

Sec. 1. (a) Except as otherwise provided in subparagraph (b) of this Section whenever the owner of land subdivides it into 2 or more parts, any of which is less than 5.

Sec. 8. When any plat or part thereof is vacated the recorder or registrar of titles in whose office the plat is recorded or filed as aforesaid, shall, upon the recordi.

Sec. 9. Whenever any highway, road, street, alley, public ground, toll-road, railroad, reservoir or canal is laid out, located, opened, widened or extended, or its loca.
