All future appointments of personnel to the Health Care Workforce Training Commission shall be in the unclassified service. Any classified employee occupying a position on the Commission prior to July 1, 2022, shall retain the right to remain in the classified service. However, at the time such position becomes vacant, it shall be placed in the unclassified service. Added by Laws 1982, c. 308, § 11, emerg. eff. May 28, 1982. Amended by Laws 2022, c. 407, § 28.
NOTE: In accordance with Article VI, Section 11, of the Oklahoma Constitution, House Bill 2776 became law without the Governor's signature. It was filed with the Oklahoma Secretary of State on May 27, 2022.
