§70-697.15. Eligibility to receive funds - Conditions.

In order for any hospital or clinic to be eligible to receive funds through the Health Care Workforce Training Commission for residency or internship positions, such hospital or clinic shall affirm that students receiving their medical education in Oklahoma will be given special consideration for all residency and internship positions. Laws 1981, c. 212, § 10, emerg. eff. June 1, 1981. Amended by Laws 2022, c. 407, § 27. NOTE: In accordance with Article VI, Section 11, of the Oklahoma Constitution, House Bill 2776 became law without the Governor's signature. It was filed with the Oklahoma Secretary of State on May 27, 2022.
