§70-15-109. Bond issues of area school districts.

Area school districts may, in accordance with the provisions of Section 9B, Article X of the Oklahoma Constitution, issue bonds in the same manner as bonds are issued by other school districts. Added by Laws 1971, c. 281, § 15-109, eff. July 2, 1971.
