§70-15-108. Investment in government bonds.

The proceeds of any school bonds or any portion thereof, or the sinking fund for the payment of any school bonds, may be invested by the issuing board in any type or series of United States Government Bonds. Added by Laws 1971, c. 281, § 15-108, eff. July 2, 1971.
