The legal requirements for timely payment and reimbursement for services under contract pursuant to Sections 34.71 through 34.74 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall govern the services, programs and activities for the State of Oklahoma's implementation of Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
