§70-13-128. Data collection and reporting.

The data collection requirements concerning children with disabilities which are currently utilized by the State Department of Education upon the effective date of this act shall also be utilized to meet the data collection and reporting requirements for the State of Oklahoma under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Further, the Oklahoma State Department of Health, the Department of Human Services and the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services shall fulfill the data collection and reporting requirements established by the United States Department of Education pursuant to Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act
(IDEA)for early intervention services provided by their respective agencies pursuant to the purposes of the Oklahoma Early Intervention Act.
