Group homes which were licensed by the State Department of Health prior to November 1, 1989, shall not be subject to the group
home size limitation of six persons and are not required to meet such limitation as a condition of renewal of the license of the group home by the Department of Human Services or as a condition of renewal of the contract with the Department, as long as the group home remains in the same physical facility and otherwise complies with the provisions of the license, and rules pertaining thereto. Added by Laws 1989, c. 330, § 4, eff. Nov. 1, 1989. Amended by Laws 1996, c. 354, § 48, eff. Nov. 1, 1996.
