A political subdivision, by ordinance, may provide that a group home may consist of not more than eight persons with developmental or physical disabilities. Added by Laws 1989, c. 330, § 3, eff. Nov. 1, 1989. Amended by Laws 1996, c. 354, § 47, eff. Nov. 1, 1996.
