REFERENCE TO TRUST TERMS
A reference to the governing instrument or terms of the governing instrument of a trust includes the terms of a second trust to which that trust's principal was distributed under this act. Added by Laws 2021, c. 268, § 8, eff. Nov. 1, 2021.
