WRITTEN INSTRUMENT REQUIRED
A distribution under Section 3 or 4 of this act shall be made by a written instrument that is signed and acknowledged by the authorized trustee and filed with the records of the first trust and the second trust. Added by Laws 2021, c. 268, § 7, eff. Nov. 1, 2021.
