It is hereby directed that the State Contingency and Emergency Fund Board allocate and pay over to the Oklahoma Ordinance Works Authority Trust the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) in aid of such acquisition, to be expended by said Oklahoma Ordinance Works Authority Trust for expenses necessarily incurred in the acquisition and operation of said property. Laws 1961, p. 730, § 3.
