It is hereby declared to be the intention and desire of the State of Oklahoma that the Oklahoma Ordinance Works Authority, as an agency of the State of Oklahoma, continue its negotiations with the General Services Administration and complete the acquisition of said property for the use and benefit of the State of Oklahoma and its people. Added by Laws 1961, p. 730, § 2.
