A. A personal delivery device is exempt from motor vehicle licensing and registration requirements under the laws of this state.
B. A personal delivery device operator shall maintain an insurance policy that provides general liability coverage of at least One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) for damages arising from the operation of the device. Added by Laws 2021, c. 421, § 3, eff. Nov. 1, 2021.
