§45-906. Temporary permits.

The Secretary of the Board may, upon the recommendation of at least two
(2)other members of the Board, issue a temporary permit to an applicant for a certificate for mine foreman or shot firer. Said temporary permit shall be valid only until the next meeting of the Board or not to exceed thirty-one
