§45-905. Revocation of certificates - Notice.

The State Mining Board shall have power to revoke any certificates, by it granted, because of incompetency, intoxication or other sufficient cause, provided that any person against whom charges are made shall have ten
(10)days written notice from the Board and shall have opportunity to be heard by it in his own behalf. Laws 1978, c. 148, § 5, emerg. eff. April 7, 1978.
