ARTICLE 117. Provoking speeches or gestures.
Any person subject to the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military Justice who uses provoking or reproachful words or gestures towards
any other person subject to the Code shall be punished as a court- martial may direct. Added by Laws 2019, c. 408, § 150, eff. Oct. 1, 2019.
