ARTICLE 116. Riot or breach of peace.
Any person subject to the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military Justice who causes or participates in any riot or breach of the peace shall be punished as a court-martial may direct. Added by Laws 2019, c. 408, § 149, eff. Oct. 1, 2019.
