Any insurer affected by an order of the Insurance Commissioner issued pursuant to the Unfair Claims Settlement Practices Act may seek judicial review of such order by filing a petition in the District Court of Oklahoma County within thirty
(30)days after the insurer is notified of the order. Added by Laws 1994, c. 342, § 15, eff. Sept. 1, 1994. Amended by Laws 1997, c. 418, § 58, eff. Nov. 1, 1997.
