§29-7-203. Aiding and/or abetting.

Every person who counsels, aids or abets another in the violation of any provision or section of this Code shall upon conviction be punished in the same manner as the principal offender. Laws 1974, c. 17, § 7-203, emerg. eff. April 8, 1974.
