§29-7-202. Attempted violation.

Every person who attempts to violate any provision or section of this Code shall upon conviction be punished in the same manner as if he had completed the act that constitutes that violation. Laws 1974, c. 17, § 7-202, emerg. eff. April 8, 1974.
