§29-5-406. Migratory birds.

No person may hunt, capture or kill any species of migratory birds, including but not limited to ducks, brant, and geese, except as provided in the Treaties of the United States and Acts of Congress relating to such endeavors, and as annually fixed by the federal department in control of migratory birds and the Commission. Laws 1974, c. 17, § 5-406, emerg. eff. April 8, 1974; Laws 1991, c. 182, § 36, eff. Sept. 1, 1991.
