§26-3-124. Official seals.

The State Election Board and each county election board shall have official seals, which seals shall be affixed to Certificates of Election and other official acts of said Board. Each board shall maintain written minutes of all official acts of said board, and such minutes shall be public record. Laws 1974, c. 153, § 3-124, operative Jan. 1, 1975.
