§26-3-123. Board to provide polling places.

The board of education of any school district may, and the governing board of any municipality shall, furnish a room or rooms in any school building or municipal building for use as a polling place at no cost. Added by Laws 1974, c. 153, § 2-123, operative Jan. 1, 1975. Amended by Laws 2008, c. 216, § 2, eff. Nov. 1, 2008.
