On the first Monday in April, 1983, and every four
(4)years thereafter, the State Election Board shall meet upon the call of the Secretary to elect a Chairman and Vice Chairman. Terms of the Chairman, Vice Chairman and member shall begin at that time. Laws 1981, c. 286, § 8, emerg. eff. June 29, 1981.
