§26-2-101.6. Secretary for State Election Board - Salary.

The Secretary of the Senate shall serve as Secretary of the State Election Board at a salary established annually by the Legislature. However, the Secretary shall not be a member of the State Election Board. Laws 1981, c. 286, § 7, emerg. eff. June 29, 1981.
