A. Sections 1 through 3 of this act shall be known and may be cited as the "DNA Forensic Testing Act".
B. There is hereby created the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System DNA Forensic Testing Program to continue until July 1, 2005. Added by Laws 2000, c. 276, § 1, eff. July 1, 2000.
