§22-135. Principal not present, jurisdiction.

The jurisdiction of a prosecution against a principal in the commission of a public offense, when such principal is not present at the commission of the public offense, is in the same county as it would be under this article, if he were so present and aiding and abetting therein. R.L.1910, § 5623.
