Consideration.
Consideration is not required to issue, amend, transfer, or cancel a letter of credit, advice, or confirmation. Added by Laws 1961, p. 133, § 5-105. Amended by Laws 1996, c. 56, § 4, eff. Jan. 1, 1997.
