Formal Requirements.
A letter of credit, confirmation, advice, transfer, amendment, or cancellation may be issued in any form that is a signed record. Added by Laws 1961, p. 133, § 5-104. Amended by Laws 1996, c. 56, § 3, eff. Jan. 1, 1997; Laws 2024, c. 13, § 33, eff. Nov. 1, 2024.
