NRS 452.090 Agreement concerning maintenance of plot. Upon the application of an owner of any plot, and upon the payment by the owner of the amount fixed as a reasonable and proportionate contribution for endowment care a cemetery authority may enter into an agreement with the owner to use the money disbursed from such fund for the care of his or her plot and its appurtenances.
