NRS 452.0087 “Endowment care cemetery” defined. “Endowment care cemetery” means a cemetery that is required by NRS 452.050 to maintain an endowment care fund or that elects, pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 452.050 , to come under the provisions of that section.
