“The State of Mississippi. “To the sheriff of County: “We command you to receive and safely keep in jail John Jones, to answer the State of Mississippi on a charge of manslaughter, committed in said county, as appears by the judgment of the undersigned, a justice of the peace of said county, on an examination thereof, unless the said John Jones shall furnish bail, with sufficient sureties, to be approved by you, in the sum of two thousand five hundred dollars, for his appearance before the circuit court of said county to answer said charge, at its next term and thereafter, until discharged by law, whereupon you shall release him.
