“The State of Mississippi. “To the sheriff of County: “We command you to receive and safely keep in jail John Jones, without bail, to answer to the State of Mississippi on a charge of murder, committed in said county, and not bailable according to the judgment of the undersigned, a justice of the peace of said county, before whom said charge has been examined. “Witness my hand, the 10th day of July, 1906. “Andrew Sims, J.P.”
