Applicants for an operator's license shall be required to:
(1)Be a legal resident of the United States;
(2)Be at least eighteen
(18)years of age; and
(3)Have at least two
(2)years of verified experience in structural pest management. A
person with a bachelor's degree, a master's degree or a doctoral degree in
entomology from an accredited college or university shall qualify with no
experience. Educational background shall be verified with official transcripts from
the institution or institutions granting the degree.
