(1)In urban-county governments powers delegated in this chapter to the county
judge/executive shall be exercised by the official in whom the chief executive
power is vested.
(2)In urban-county governments powers delegated in this chapter to the fiscal court
shall be exercised by the body in which the chief legislative power is vested.
