(1)County clerks shall be paid out of the state road fund the fees provided for in KRS
64.012, for taking acknowledgments, certifying, and recording deeds conveying
right-of-way to be used in the state road system.
(2)County clerks shall be paid by the fiscal court the fees provided for in KRS 64.012,
for taking acknowledgments, certifying, and recording deeds conveying right-of-
way to be used in the county road system.
