436.575 Motion picture rating required to be included in any motion picture

(1)No person shall advertise any motion picture in any media, including but not limited
to newspapers, magazines, radio, television, or billboards, without including the
rating assigned to that picture by the Motion Picture Coding Association of America
or its successor, if a rating has been assigned to the said motion picture.
(2)No person shall accept for publication or publish or air any motion picture
advertisement which does not carry a rating as assigned by the Motion Picture
Coding Association of America, unless such motion picture has not been rated by
the said association or its successor.
(3)Any person who violates any of the provisions of this section shall be fined not less
than $50 nor more than $500.
