311.7733 Abortion-inducing drugs to be provided only by qualified physician

(1)Abortion-inducing drugs shall only be provided to a pregnant person by a
qualified physician who is registered with the Cabinet for Health and Family
Services as a nonsurgical abortion provider by following the procedures
established in KRS 311.7734, 311.7735, and 311.7736.
(2)It shall be unlawful for any manufacturer, distributor, physician, qualified
physician, pharmacy, or any other person to intentionally, knowingly, or
recklessly dispense, prescribe, or distribute any abortion-inducing drug as
defined in KRS 311.7731 to a pregnant person via courier, delivery, or mail
service.
