to determine registration status of boarding home. The Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall conduct an annual review of all addresses or locations at which four
(4)or more persons reside who receive state supplementation of federal supplemental security income benefits to determine if the address or location is a boarding home that has not registered pursuant to KRS 216B.305. The results of the review shall be reported to the Department for Aging and Independent Living and action shall be taken to ensure the registration of all unregistered boarding homes that are identified.
