(1)The Council on Postsecondary Education shall promulgate administrative
regulations that require public postsecondary educational institutions to grant credit
toward graduation to a student who scores at least "3" on a College Board Advanced
Placement examination.
(2)The Council on Postsecondary Education shall publish information, in print and
electronic format, about the scores required on College Board Advanced Placement
examinations at which credit toward graduation and completion of degree
requirements will be granted at all Kentucky public and private postsecondary
educational institutions.
(3)The Council on Postsecondary Education, in conjunction with the Kentucky Board
of Education and the Education Professional Standards Board, shall develop
guidelines for content knowledge and teacher training in dual enrollment and dual
credit programs offered in Kentucky.
