150.640 Acts of depredation prohibited while hunting, fishing or trapping --

Domestic livestock roaming on department lands prohibited.
(1)No person engaged in hunting, fishing or trapping upon either public or private
property shall commit any acts of depredation, such as setting of fires, destruction
of fences, shooting of livestock or poultry, theft or causing damage to any property
in any manner.
(2)No person shall knowingly permit domestic livestock to feed or roam free upon
lands owned, licensed or leased by the department except as provided by regulations
or authorized by the commissioner.
